Why choose a Fractional Designer instead of a full-time hire?
The annual salary for a full-time senior-level designer is often not feasible for many startups and growing teams. Also, many teams don't have the time to find, vet, and onboard a new design hire. There may also be times when you don't have enough work to keep a designer busy.
With Fractional Designer, you can benefit from the flexibility of having an on-demand designer whenever needed. Teams can pause and resume their subscription based on their needs, ensuring they only pay for design services when needed.
How fast are the turnaround times?
On average, most requests are completed in three days or less. For more complex tasks, we will break them down into smaller parts to ensure efficient progress. Each of these smaller segments will still be delivered within a timeframe of 48 to 72 hours. This approach allows us to maintain quality while meeting deadlines effectively.
What if we're not happy with the design?
We'll continue to revise the design until you're completely satisfied. Your feedback is important to us, and we want to make sure that the final result meets your expectations.
What happens after I start a subscription?
After you start your subscription, an email will be sent to you with a link to set up an introductory call. During this call, we'll discuss your project and how you can utilize your subscription.
Do you offer any refunds?
Refunds are available within the first 7 days of service only. No refunds will be issued for completed design work.
I only have 1 request. Can I still use this service?
If you only have 1 request you can subscribe for a month, pause when you're done, and reactivate whenever new design needs arise.

You will be working with Nick, the founder, owner, and sole designer behind Fractional Designer. You can email him at: nick@fractionaldesigner.co with any questions. Your work will never be outsourced or worked on by other designers. This is done to maintain the highest standards of quality.
*Introductory rate is locked in as long as subscription is active. Rate increases to $5k/mo. if subscription is restarted.
